Have you heard the news????

Elvis LIVES!!! Can you Believe it!? The King has made an appearance in my ETSY shop....well....not exactly,but his memory is still alive since...I've added this adorable halter dress and headband set to my shop with the King of Rock-n-Roll himself printed all over it!!! This is one of my absolute favorite sets.My little rock-n-roll princess has this set in her closet and all the Ooohhhs and Ahhhss,has this Rock-n-roll Mama saying,"Thank you,Thank you vry much!!"(lol)

Made using three,count 'em, three, coordinating Elvis fabrics.A perfect addition to any little Rocker chick's wardrobe!This set is sure to make heads turn and hearts break! :P

Today was my "big" show.I had lots of my handcrafted items on display at the Women's Oasis section of the Heart of Maryland Classic Chevy Club located at the Clarion in Hagerstown, Maryland, and I have to say,I'm so glad I had the oppertunity to be a part of this event.There were so many beautiful vehicles on display and the people were extremely friendly...and to top it all off,I had a small reunion with my Aunt and Uncle and I'd like to thank them for inviting me.

I met several wonderful vendors,but the one who stuck out most was a very sweet woman sitting 2 seats away from me selling her absolutely stunning,handcrafted jewelry.She wore piece around her neck that is similar to the earrings pictured above and I just adored it,and it complimented her so well.You can find her beautifully handcrafted items by clicking the link provided.http://www.susanyin.com/ After seeing her awesome pieces in person,I can honestly say,"you won't be disappointed!"

Caught up in all the Heather Ross free spirit lightning bugs craze?? I am! I love those fabric prints they are adorable.Anyway, I've had these clay beads laying around for sometime now...purchased to make a bracelet for DD,but lets face it,I'm just not that coordinated...lol.So I've instead created these cute little clippies and they're up for sale in my Etsy shop! They'll match great with any outfit created using the above mentioned fabrics.

Butterflies? Who,ME!?

As my first ever public showing and sale of my hand-crafted items comes near...the 7th to be exact....butterflies gather in my tummy.I mean I've sold to locals before,but my items have never been on display for a crowd as large as expected for this function.All week long I've been telling all my fellow designers and friends,"I'm like a one woman sweatshop!" Pushing myself to sew a little more each night...gotta get ready....the big day is almost here!!!...and now all the "what if's" are taking over.EEEKKKK!

With family and friends by my side,I'm sure I'll lose the pre-sale jitters and represent Posh Piggy Couture and the GWBG to the fullest!!
